US / UK JURISDICTION SPLIT ADDENDUM

A. Entity Contracting

  • Users located in the United States contract with Ethintegrity, LLC, governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

  • Users located in the United Kingdom or European Union contract with Ethintegrity Ltd, governed by the laws of England and Wales.

B. Venue

  • U.S. disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • UK/EU disputes shall be resolved in courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
