Advisory Sprints
Focused executive advisory engagements for governance, culture, and board-level decision clarity.
You don’t need another policy. You need a plan that works.
Advisory Sprints are focused, executive-level engagements designed to diagnose a specific governance, ethics, or culture challenge and produce a defined, implementation-ready course of action. This is not a long-term consulting engagement. It is a structured intervention with a defined scope, timeline, and outcome.
Each sprint is led personally by Nichole Pitts, former C-suite executive and board presenter. Together, we identify root causes and define the decisions and actions required to address them.
Every engagement concludes with a structured deliverable built for implementation. This means clear ownership, practical next steps, and measurable progress.

How Advisory Sprints Work
Each sprint follows Ethintegrity’s Four-Phase Advisory Sprint Method designed to cut through competing narratives, isolate the root issue, and translate it into a clear, execution-ready course of action.
Phase 1: Define
We clarify the issue to be addressed, the constraints you’re operating under, and the decision that needs to be made. This isolates the source of the issue so you can address both the root cause and the downstream effects it has triggered.
Phase 2: Diagnose
Through structured working sessions, we examine the governance gaps, incentives, ownership questions, and cultural dynamics influencing the issue. We test assumptions and surface trade-offs.
Phase 3: Align
We determine the path forward. What changes. What remains. Who owns what. And how progress will be measured.
Phase 4: Deliver
You receive a clear, execution-ready outcome tailored to your sprint type:
- Clarity Brief
- Risk & Culture Blueprint
- Leadership Presentation Blueprint
We close with a review to walk through your results, confirm ownership, and define next steps. The outcome is clarity, alignment, and the confidence to act immediately.
Choose Your Sprint
Advisory Sprints are designed for leaders who need fast, decision-ready answers — not endless slide decks or one-size-fits-all policies. Each sprint is an intensive ethics and culture consulting engagement that digs into the root causes of your most pressing leadership, compliance, and workplace challenges and delivers strategic solutions you can implement immediately.
Whether you’re navigating organizational change, addressing cultural friction, or preparing for heightened regulatory scrutiny, Advisory Sprints cut through the noise and give you actionable clarity in days, not months.
Mini Sprint
Focused action plan for a defined governance or culture issue.
3 Business Days
Day 1: Rapid Intake & Risk Scan
We kick off with a focused discovery session where you share the context, pain points, and goals. We assess the ethics, compliance, and workplace/organizational dynamics surrounding the challenge and surface the most urgent risk signals and decision patterns.
Day 2: Strategic Working Session
We partner in a high-impact strategy session designed to pressure-test assumptions, identify areas of exposure, and co-create solutions in real time. This is where leadership clarity meets tactical action.
Day 3: The Clarity Brief
You’ll receive a proprietary Clarity Brief — a 5–7 page executive summary that distills key findings, outlines 2–3 high-impact next steps, and provides strategic recommendations tailored to your business context. This is not a slide deck. It is a concise executive document you can use immediately to guide decisions, shape culture, and reduce risk.
Best for: Senior leaders, functional heads, small business owners, or ethics teams who need rapid issue triage and decision-ready direction.
Full Sprint
Cross-functional alignment and structural clarity for complex governance and culture challenges.
10 Business Days
Days 1–2: Executive Intake & Risk Mapping
We begin with a comprehensive intake session to capture your current ethics and culture landscape, including leadership tone, governance structure, and organizational risks. In parallel, Ethintegrity conducts a targeted risk assessment reviewing policies, recent incidents, communications, and stakeholder dynamics to identify systemic gaps and emerging vulnerabilities.
Days 3–7: Deep Analysis & Strategic Alignment
Through stakeholder interviews, cultural diagnostics, and compliance analysis, Ethintegrity will uncover root causes and strategic friction points. Mid-sprint, we convene a focused alignment session to pressure-test priorities, evaluate options, and confirm leadership consensus on the path forward.
Days 8–10: The Risk & Culture Blueprint
You’ll receive a Risk & Culture Blueprint — a 20–25 page strategic & actionable roadmap that details 5–7 prioritized actions, identifies overlooked risk factors, and outlines next-phase recommendations across ethics, workplace culture, and regulatory readiness. This document equips leadership to make defensible decisions, communicate clearly with the board, and move forward with aligned execution.
Best for: Cross-functional teams or executives addressing multi-departmental risks, culture transformation, or program overhauls.
Board & Executive Advisory Sprint
For senior leaders preparing to communicate complex ethics, compliance, or culture matters to the board.
7 Business Days
Days 1–2: Strategic Intake & Context Review
We begin with a focused discovery session to define your objectives, audience sensitivities, and board-level priorities. You’ll share your current materials (decks, talking points, or data summaries) and Ethintegrity will conduct a focused narrative and governance scan to identify clarity gaps, credibility risks, tone missteps, and missed opportunities to influence decision-makers.
Days 3–5: Narrative Design & Leadership Framing
Ethintegrity reframes complex ethics, compliance, and culture insights into a clear, persuasive story aligned with your board’s strategic agenda.
Days 6–7: Board Readiness & Final Blueprint
We pressure-test your key messages through scenario coaching and board-style scrutiny and Q&A. You’ll practice handling high-stakes questions, aligning tone and credibility, and responding with clarity under pressure.
The sprint concludes with your Leadership Presentation Blueprint — an executive-ready framework designed to strengthen how leadership communicates complex ethics, governance, and culture matters to the board.
The Blueprint includes:
- a cohesive board narrative and storyline
- presentation structure and messaging guidance
- anticipated board-level questions and response strategy
- alignment notes for future board briefings
Best for: Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsel, or senior executives preparing for board discussions involving ethics, governance, culture, or regulatory risk.
Executive Advisory Session
Clear executive decision and defined next steps.
When a governance, ethics, or culture issue requires immediate judgment, this 90-minute executive working session provides structured analysis and direct guidance.
This is not an introductory call.
It is a contained advisory engagement designed to sharpen decision quality immediately.
What We Do
We focus on one clearly defined issue. During the session, we:
- Clarify the core decision that needs to be made
- Surface key assumptions shaping your current thinking
- Identify risks, trade-offs, and downstream impact
- Pressure-test your current thinking
- Define immediate next steps
You receive a concise written summary within 48 hours outlining key observations and recommended actions.
Right Fit
This session works best when:
- A specific decision feels stuck or politically layered
- You want to pressure-test your thinking before you act
- You need independent executive-level perspective, not internal consensus
- You are accountable for the decision and want to move forward with confidence
Scope
The Executive Advisory Session is designed to create clarity around a defined issue in a focused window of time. Sometimes that clarity is enough. Sometimes it reveals deeper structural work.
If the challenge is systemic, cross-functional, or politically layered, we may determine together that a Sprint is the better structure. You leave with direction, not ambiguity
Clarity Changes What Happens Next
When governance, ethics, or culture questions start slowing progress, clarity is not a luxury. It is leadership discipline. Advisory Sprints create a defined structure to move from analysis to action — quickly and deliberately.
FAQs
HOW ARE ADVISORY SPRINTS PRICED?
Each sprint is scoped based on the complexity of the issue, stakeholder involvement, and required deliverables. Investment reflects executive-level engagement and defined outcomes. A clear proposal is provided after an initial consultation.
WHY CHOOSE A SPRINT INSTEAD OF TRADITIONAL CONSULTING?
Not every challenge requires a six-month engagement.
An Advisory Sprint provides focused, senior-level strategy without layers of process or extended discovery. You get structured analysis, a clear decision path, and a deliverable built for immediate use.
If you need traction, not theory, this is where to start.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM AN ADVISORY SPRINT?
You leave with clarity on the core issue, alignment around ownership, and a defined course of action. The value is not just the document. It is accelerated decision quality, reduced risk exposure, and momentum you can measure. Most organizations debate next steps for months. A Sprint compresses that timeline into days.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE ADVISORY SESSION, MINI, FULL, BOARD & EXECUTIVE SPRINTS?
Each option varies by scope, depth, and duration.
- Executive Advisory Session (90 minutes): For leaders who need to make a decision now. A focused, standalone working session designed to clarify one defined issue and leave with a clear executive decision and next steps.
- Mini Sprint: For a defined issue that requires structured analysis and a concrete plan. A short-term engagement producing an implementation-ready course of action within a fixed timeline.
- Full Sprint: For issues that cut across teams, incentives, and governance structures. A deeper diagnostic engagement designed to create cross-functional alignment and a durable path forward.
- Board & Executive Sprint: For moments that require positioning, narrative control, and governance credibility. A concentrated engagement to refine board-level messaging, strengthen oversight posture, and prepare leaders for high-visibility conversations.
All options are structured, outcome-driven interventions. The right choice depends on whether you need a decision, a plan, organizational alignment, or board-level positioning.
WHAT TYPES OF ISSUES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR A SPRINT?
Any issue affecting how your organization leads, decides, governs, or communicates. Common focus areas include leadership alignment, cultural drift, governance gaps, compliance risk, board messaging, or reputational exposure.
We define the scope together to ensure the work targets what matters most.
WHAT DOES THE ENGAGEMENT LOOK LIKE IN PRACTICE?
Each Sprint follows a defined structure: strategic intake, focused working sessions, and a tailored deliverable with clear next steps. You know in advance what we are solving, how we are approaching it, and what you will receive at the end.
You focus on decisions. I manage the structure.
CAN WE FOCUS ON MORE THAN ONE ISSUE OR TOPIC?
It depends on the format.
Executive Advisory Sessions are designed for one defined decision. In a 90-minute window, expanding scope usually reduces clarity rather than increasing it.
Mini Sprints can include closely related topics, but only when they ladder up to the same core problem. If multiple root causes or stakeholder groups are involved, the Mini Sprint is usually too tight.
Full and Board & Executive Sprints are the right container when the issue spans governance, culture, leadership alignment, and board-level messaging. They allow us to work across interconnected topics without losing focus, because the scope and timeline support that depth.
The goal is not to cover everything. It is to identify the issue that unlocks the rest and deliver a usable course of action. During our initial conversation, we determine the right container to preserve focus and momentum.
DO YOU WORK WITH GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS?
Yes. Ethintegrity serves clients across North America, Europe, and beyond. Sessions can be scheduled across time zones, and billing is available in USD, GBP, or EUR.
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SPRINTS?
Yes. Virtual is the norm, but in-person sprints are available for executive teams, workshops, and board engagements. Travel costs are billed at standard business rates. We can discuss which format best fits your team on our call.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SPRINT?
You receive your deliverable along with a post-Sprint review to confirm ownership and next steps. Some issues are fully resolved within the Sprint. Others may require deeper structural work.
If ongoing support is needed, we determine that together.
